Best 5 Local
How we make money
We earn money in three ways: optional enhanced profiles, clearly labelled sponsored spots and referral fees when you request a quote.
None of these affect who is in the Best 5 or in what order.
Money questions
Do I pay anything to get quotes?
No. Comparing lists and requesting quotes is free for you. A business may pay us a referral fee after you contact it, and that fee is the same whichever business you pick.
What is a sponsored spot?
A paid box that is clearly labelled “Sponsored” and sits outside the ranked five. It is never mixed into the list and never moves anyone up or down.
What does an enhanced profile get a business?
Extra photos, a longer description and faster replies to quote requests on its own profile page. It doesn't add a single point to the score.
